wabi sabi tees : a sliding scale project by joey korein

It's such a gift to be able to offer these one of a kind Wabi Sabi Tees from our current artist in residence Joey Korein of Want Not Goods

Wabi sabi tees are sold on a pay-what-you-can sliding scale.  Each unique shirt is born out of a thoughtful and labor intensive process. But their very existence owes to a world view which values, above all, authenticity, diversity, community and connection. We delight in making wabi sabi tees accessible to people from many different walks of life.

One of the most important parts of this project is that all of these shirts are available on a sliding scale between $60 & $140.  Each tee measures 24in by 24in laying flat in it's boxey nature : Please follow these instructions to purchase :

Review the tees below & pick your favorite, fill out this form and in the SUBJECT line write which NUMBER tee you would like, we'll email you the link to make your purchase (first come first serve!) We know this takes a few more steps than just shopping online, but it's important to us to stay true to Joey's vision of offering the sliding scale option & this was the best way to do it!

Joey is offering a workshop on Saturday afternoon where we'll turn wool sweaters into slippers, you can sign up HERE, and on Friday is our opening reception for Beyond Material : In the Details from 6-9 in conjunction with the Avenue for the Arts First Friday
