WHY DON'T YOU SHIP FASTER?
By choosing one day a week to ship all of our orders out it gives us more creative time & freedom to run the physical shop & residency space! We really appreciate your order and if you need it sooner we just need to know - email us!
Your international shipping cost is an estimate. If the difference is significantly different than we first envisioned we may have to separately invoice you for the difference! Thanks for working with us! Also if it seems wildly high (we know we know we're working on this too) then we will refund you the difference if it is less! xo
Returns and Damage
We have an absolutely no return policy. We work closely with many vendors & consigners and often pay them out as soon as an order is fulfilled, making it very difficult for us to make exchanges/returns. If something comes to you damaged or in a defective condition PLEASE email us. We always do our best to make things right with our customers who we love and appreciate! For lost and stolen packages, please remember that this is a one woman show! So we are unable to give full refunds if a package is lost or stolen, or damaged. We encourage you to reach out to your local post office and we will do the same!
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Have Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are a very small business and can not reimburse orders. We will do our best to help you find something that is marked delivered but has not reached your doorway.
